Learn the basics of using a serger! In this class we will go over the basics of threading, stitch settings, tension, differential feed and more! This knowledge will be applied to make a Strip-Pieced Fleece Throw. This is a beginner friendly class.

Students will learn to navigate and operate a sewing machine safely. Some beginner sewing techniques such as straight stitch, zig zag stitch, and working with stuffing. At the end of the session, you will know how to use your machine and have a finished pillow.

New to sewing? This is the class for you! Students will learn to navigate and operate a basic machine safely. Some beginner sewing techniques such as straight stitch, zig zag stitch and a double turn hem will be included. At the end of the session you will know how to use your machine and make a tote bag. Materials are included in the course fee.
