Machine 101 - Windsor

New to sewing? This is the class for you! Students will learn to navigate and operate a basic machine safely. Some beginner sewing techniques such as straight stitch, zig zag stitch and a double turn hem will be included. At the end of the session you will know how to use your machine and make a tote bag. Materials are included in the course fee. Tools are not provided for this class, you must bring your own. Add on a Beginner Sewing Kit that includes the tools needed to attend all of our classes and a machine rental if you do not have your own. *Open to participants aged 14 and over

Alterations 101 - Chatham

In this intro to alterations we will cover some basic techniques including hemming pants/skirts, shortening sleeves and taking in a pair of pants.
